Swanke Hayden Connell is one of the world’s leading architects and designers. SHK came to airconforall looking for a solution for their London Head Office to replace the out-of-date, inefficient system they had been struggling with for some time. Budget was a key factor in this project, but SHCA still wanted a centralised system with full control.
We recommended a Sinclair SDV111 system. Due to the layout of the offices SHC specifically requested we used wall mounted indoor units as opposed to ceiling mounted. We fitted 45 indoor units supplied by 1 x 33kw, 1 x 45kw and 4 x 12kw outdoor units. Control is via the central controller module (CCM) or by using the PC software and interface provided. SHCA now have a system that provides comfort cooling in the summer and also keeps them warm throughout the winter months. Energy bills have gone down also!
Ashfield surgery is a large, modern practice with eight partner-doctors located in Sutton Coldfield. The surgery contacted us as they required cooling for a large number of areas including all surgeries, clinical rooms and reception area. We fitted a number of split air-conditioning systems (multi-splits) as this was the most efficient and cost-effective solution. Three years later, they are still enjoying the benefits of both the equipment and our after sales service.
Salon 202 is a top West-End hair and beauty salon located in the London’s fashionable Knightsbridge. Although it enjoys such a central location, Salon 202 is an oasis of tranquillity set in the heart of Knightsbridge’s hustle and bustle. Salon director Vidar contacted airconforall to review the climate control, particularly in the beauty treatment rooms.
We recommended complementing their existing equipment by adding a DC Inverter multi-split system controlling conditions in the treatment rooms. We now visit regularly and maintain all of their equipment.
Millett Sports, based in North West London is a family run sports equipment specialist with a retail unit in Mill-Hill. Our relationship with Millett Sports began when we were asked to fit air conditioning to the Mill Hill store. Following a successful installation, we were then invited back to provide climate control for the head office and internet sales office.

Mestizo is an authentic Mexican restaurant and tequila bar on Hampstead Road, London, NW1. In 2007 we installed 3 x 9 KW floor ceiling units to provide both heating and cooling in the main restaurant.
We have just been back to fit two additional units in the tequila bar downstairs. We also visit regularly to maintain their systems and keep them working as they should. Mestizos love our service as much as we love their food!
