The installation of the air conditioning unit you have managed to do in such short time frame that, I challenged you with is amazing. Your team that came in this weekend and yesterday (Michael), have worked wonders and were so clean and tidy throughout the whole installation. Michael kept me up to date with everything he was doing which was helpful to have an understanding of the ins and outs of what was actually being installed. I was also very grateful to you yourself, for coming along today to inspect what had been achieved already, I found that very professional, as most companies would have just done the job and left.
